M.Y. stands for master yourself! Whether you’re interested in fitness, self-defense, boosting confidence or just want to have fun, our program was developed to achieve your goals! M.Y. Martial Arts curriculum is based on high-intensity fitness and real-defense that applies in today’s world. Classes will provide you a strong cardiovascular workout, flexibility training and can help reduce stress and tension in your day to day life.
